Little girl said to have inappropriate clothing

A Henry County woman is furious after being called out for sending her six-year-old kindergartener to school in what officials say was inappropriate.
Audrey Hightower tells Channel 2 Action News an assistant principal from Tussahaw Elementary called her on Tuesday complaining of her daughter’s Little Kitty dress saying it was too short or may be showing too much skin.

I don’t see anything inappropriate. It’s just ridiculous.

white people have a sickness

White people have a sickness? Uh huh. Ok…I’m white. I see no problem with this outfit.
I bet they’re leaving out facts in this story. And I’d be willing to put money on the little girl not having shorts on under her dress. It’s an INCREDIBLY common dress code nowadays and not at all unreasonable. If I was ever to have a child that wanted to wear a dress to school (where they have GYM, and RECESS, aka your skirt is going to fly up and show your toosh) I would INSIST she wore shorts because…well…common fucking decency and self respect. Something people forget about nowadays.

….. because you can TOTALLY see what pants a child has on when she’s wearing tights. And you can clearly see she is wearing goddamn shorts that’s part of the dress.
Actually, none of that fucking matters because the fact that you can RATIONALISE a 6 year old basically being deemed as someone without “self-respect” (and by that we all know you mean a “slut”, you fucking sick piece of shit) and without “common decency” shows that you are not only a racist piece of shit but DEFINITELY sick in the head.
Jesus fuck. Shut the fuck up forever you sick, disgusting tool.

^ seriously what a fucking creepshow
i’m deeply disturbed by this shit

Does anyone know the correct contact details for the school, or if complaints would be helpful?

SHE’S. SIX.

Petition the Obama Administration to mandate education about sexual assault and rape in schools
The last petition we were pushing did not obtain enough votes, we will not stop until this is mandated.  Please vote on the WHITEHOUSE.GOV website, it takes 2 seconds and they never send you emails.

Good Idea

I support this 100%

“I’ll state the obvious: you shouldn’t get consent because it’s sexy. You should get consent because it’s the only way to be certain that you’re not assaulting someone, and not assaulting someone is the only way to be a minimally decent human being. If getting consent is also a huge turn-on, that’s great, but it’s just the icing on the wonderful cake that is not assaulting people.”

THANK YOU.

“If your partner were terrible all the time, it would actually be easier to deal with in many ways; you would tell yourself, “Well, he turned out to be a jerk.” But when someone you love goes back and forth between kindness and cruelty, generosity and selfishness, tenderness and intimidation, loving you and cheating on you, you can come to feel that it’s impossible to understand people. Your feelings for the primary person in your life tend to carry over into how you view everyone. Your partner may further feed the problem by encouraging you to think badly of others. He may tell you that people are lying to you or taking advantage of you; that your friends have hidden motives; that you are naïve in your dealings with people; that “everyone is just out for themselves.” He’s talking about himself, though he probably doesn’t know it.”
